Stay Hydrated

It can be common for new riders to try to equate mountain biking with riding on local trails or streets. However, riding a bicycle on a mountain trail is far more labor intensive, and this will cause you to sweat profusely during this exercise. To avoid the risk of becoming dehydrated, you will need to make sure to take plenty of water with you. If you are concerned about keeping your hands free to control the bike, there are backpacks that can be filled with water and are equipped with a long flexible straw to allow you to easily sip water while you are riding.

Going on your first trip to mountain bike can be an exciting experience, but it is important to avoid making some mistakes. By making sure you use the beginner trails, wear the appropriate safety equipment, and stay hydrated, your time on the trail is more likely to be an enjoyable and safe experience.

Choosing Extreme Sports

After being an athlete for my entire life, I realized that I needed a little more variety. I was tired of working on my form and trying for the fastest speed, and truthfully, my sport of choice just wasn't doing it for me anymore. To add a little excitement to my life, I decided that it would be awesome to try out extreme sports.
